About Us

About Us

Redi Bilt LLC has been in the Mpls-St Paul metro area for almost 40 years, and recently relocated to the northern suburb of Nowthen. 100% owned and operated by the father-son team of Chuck and Braden Eliason, with Braden’s wife, Taylor, overseeing the social media and marketing end of the business. The Eliason’s are the third owner of the company, taking over for Terry Savoie in early 2023.

Chuck

Chuck brings over 30 years of experience in the building trades, including 25+ years running his own building and remodeling business. During that time, he spent several summers as an installer for Redi Bilt, personally assembling hundreds of sheds and outdoor structures.

Today, every board, sheet, and piece of hardware that goes into a Redi Bilt shed passes through Chuck’s hands—ensuring the same high-quality craftsmanship he’s always expected of himself. He takes pride in bringing customers’ ideas to life, no matter how simple (or occasionally wild!) they may be.

Outside the shop, Chuck finds his greatest joy in spending time with his six grown kids and being “Papa” to his five (soon to be six!) grandkids.

Braden

Braden is Redi Bilt’s primary installer and handles all scheduling, making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. He learned the trade the old-fashioned way—by working alongside his dad. From tagging along on job sites as a kid to helping with projects at home, he’s always had a passion for building and a desire to follow in his father’s footsteps. So when the opportunity came to join forces at Redi Bilt, he was all in.

Braden brings that same dedication and creativity to every shed they build, taking pride in helping customers turn their ideas into reality. A graduate of Winona State University, he spends the school year as a Special Education teacher. He and his wife, Taylor, are proud parents of twin boys—and they’re excited to welcome baby #3 in July!

TREY

Trey started out as a part time helper on installs, but is now a full-time installer with his brother Braden. When not working, he enjoys doing rather extreme outdoor activities like rock climbing and sky diving.
